Nine Wide Sky is a Boulder-based Alternative Rock/Pop band consisting of Beau Harding (drums/backing vocal), Andy Harrington (bass/lead vocal/guitar), and Mark Kranjcec (guitar). They share a love of 80's pop, 90's rock, hip hop, EDM, and whatever "just sounds cool".

Beau and Andy were introduced in the 90’s while playing in various bands around the Boulder area but didn't collaborate until 2016 when they were fortuitously reconnected. Beau had some song ideas but no singer. Andy had a collection of riffs and melodies but no drummer. ​As an experiment, the duo swapped scratch recordings, then overdubbed their parts over the other's original idea.

After sitting in several times in 2023, Mark Kranjcec was "drafted" into the band in 2024. He brings technical wizardry and tasteful arrangements to the band's sound, as well as his music production and mastering talents. He refuses to be in the proximity of a microphone.
