We’ll breathe, move, and stretch together—grounding back into the community after a weekend of live music and celebration at the Roots Music Fest. Flow yoga (often referred to as vinyasa) is a dynamic style of yoga where each movement is linked to the breath, creating a continuous, flowing sequence. The breath helps to remain focused as it guides A smooth transition from one posture to the next. Bio Lisa Shanken Lisa Shanken is an Executive Functioning Coach specializing in helping people with learning differences and mental health disorders. With over 20 years of experience, she combines her background as a Certified Health Counselor, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Corporate Wellness Specialist to support clients in building essential skills, improving self-confidence, and creating healthier daily habits. Based in Boulder, CO, Lisa’s holistic approach integrates mental and physical wellness, drawing on her training in nutrition, fitness, and psychology.
